Federally Qualified Health Centers (FQHCs) are located in medically underserved areas and provide low-cost health care. They provide Medicare-covered medical services as well as some preventive services that Medicare does not cover, such as routine check-ups, and may provide dental and vision care. FQHCs include community health centers, migrant health centers, and health centers for the homeless.
